I'm the founder of www.earth-changers.com - tourism for sustainable development. I was the first commercial company in the world to write about the intersection of travel and the SDGs and have been fundamental in driving the message in the global tourism sector. We partner with and promote accommodations and tour operators whose operations are created on purpose to deliver SDG benefits in their destinations. This means you can take a trip safe in the knowledge your place to stay is benefitting its local people and places (where as most tourism is exploitative), and we do the hard work - researching, discerning and curating positive impact operations to which consumers wouldn't usually have access to behind-the-scenes management and impact information and you can just get on and have a lovely holiday! We have a limited number of places on our site, but hundreds behind the scenes. So if you have a destination in mind, just ask us! https://www.earth-changers.com/travel-with-us

Ayan Said | Voicing Voices
I am a passionate intersectional social entrepreneur, committed to shaping a future that places people and the planet at the centre of all decisions. As a keen advocate for systemic and sustainable impact in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, I wish to join Catalyst2030 in fostering a world that honours and respects diverse ways of life. I strive to represent and bridge gaps in multiple communities through intersectionality. As the founder of Voicing Voices, an intersectionality start-up, I fully understand the power of co-creation and the necessity of acknowledging our biases. I'm eager to bring my experience to Catalyst2030 to break down silos and inspire the design and development of innovative solutions. Leadership, to me, is about collective impact and shared ownership. I am dedicated to crafting strategies that reflect this belief and address the multifaceted challenges we face. With a collaborative approach, we can co-create an equitable future, anchored in shared norms and mutual respect. In line with Catalyst2030's value, I recognise the audacity of our goals and the humility it requires to achieve them. I am aware that none of us can craft the path towards these goals alone, and am eager to collaborate and contribute to the collective wisdom of the Catalyst2030 community. Thank you for the opportunity to actively contribute to shaping a world where social justice, environmental sustainability, and ethical governance are more than ideals; they're the norms. Together, we can humanise system and champion inclusion in a way that’s sustainable for current and future generations. So yep that’s me 😀 I love all things system related, the SDGs and activating action that leads to co-creation for sustainable and systemic impact 🎉

I believe that Non-Profit leaders and missions deserve funding that is flexible, long term, trust based and collaborative. I Founded The Confluencers in 2018 with the vision of Re-Balancing Funding Relationships through Authentic Impact Communication for Non-Profit Fundraisers. I would like to support as many Non-Catalyst members as possible in overcoming any fundraising challenges they face and overcome together the funding gap, channelling more funding to local or grassroots organizations. I am also a Chartered Civil Engineer and specialist in Climate Resilience, Flood Risk Management and Water Resource Management and would love to connect with and support any member organizations driving change / shifting narratives in this space. Finally, I am a proud mother of one and advocate for equal rights for women in the workplace. I am keen system thinker. Always looking for new ways to work across disciplines to find mutually beneficial solutions to wicker problems. Reach out if you’d like to chat!!!

I am an Italo-Lebanese professional, based in London, with a background in community regeneration and capacity building. In Italy, I co-founded and run a social enterprise to promote interfaith and multicultural awareness through community events and educational programmes, promoting a systemic approach to social issues in times when the definition was not yet commonly known. With a long experience in programme and project management, in the past twenty years I have supported pro-bono numerous charities and non-profits, while developing my academic career, delivering lectures and workshops in business and social entrepreneurship. I currently support Now-U, and other social enterprises to measure, report on, and manage their social and environmental impact.

I am passionate about people empowerment. Each human being is a leader and changer-maker that the world needs now. People only need to reconnect with their potential and purpose and bring their uniqueness to the table of the co-creators. However, too often we fail to reach our common goals, not because of the lack of money or public policies, but because too many people do not feel good and strong enough to be on that journey to create change. The first barriers we must overcome are our human insecurities. Only a mass of empowered people will be able to trigger the bottom-up dynamics that we are missing.

The vision, mission and values of Catalyst2030 is very much aligned with my personal and my organisation vision, mission and values, particularly on co-creation.

Kennedys has a global presence, with employees spread throughout five regions: Latin America, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Asia. Our aim is to make use of Catalyst 2030's incredible networks in order to engage employees in two regions: LATAM and ASIA. Our goal is to use our people's highest and best abilities to generate opportunities for change. No one individual, business, or country can bring about change on its own. We want to collaborate with our employees, clients, communities and other stakeholders across the globe to address the enormous issues of our time. Our biggest asset is the combined talent of our employees, and through our new 'Thrive Together' social impact programme, I hope to bring along my colleagues on this journey for change.

To finally make a contribution in global advocacy, something I have cared about for a long time but have never had the time, capacity or qualifications to contribute to before. Working with someone like Jeroo Billimoria, with such an impressive background, is a great experience in itself, and the team has already been very welcoming and supportive. The Internship allows me to better understand the vocabularies and protocol of this sector proficiently, and take it with me into further enterprises.
Tammy Lewis
I welcomed the opportunity to meet and support likeminded people.

I really believe in the idea of big collaboration between all organisations. Some members of our community (including Zorica Stamenkovska) have recommended me joining. I can contribute by raising awareness about Catalyst 2030, leveraging our own community of 1,500 people (growing 200 people a month), and also my LinkedIn profile, with 3.6 million impressions in only 11 months. I would love to get support and meet amazing changemakers to collaborate with.

I was grateful to be introduced to Catalyst 2030 through an organisation that my non-profit works with in South Africa. I would like to be part of this dynamic network of change-makers, who are taking action and making a difference. It will be great to be able to share expertise, knowledge and experience here and to learn and grow together. The Catalyst 2030 movement does such important work.

I joined Catalyst Now because I believe in challenging traditional power structures and championing community-led change. My work in the development sector has shown me firsthand how restrictive funding models and top-down approaches often exclude the very communities they aim to serve. Now, I work with an organisation – One World Together – on a mission to transform the traditional funding system by providing long-term, unrestricted income to local organisations. Catalyst Now offers an opportunity to collaborate with like-minded changemakers, rethink existing systems, and push for more equitable, inclusive solutions. I’m excited to contribute my experience in community philanthropy and grassroots development while learning from others who are equally passionate about shifting the power to those closest to the challenges.
Charlotte Blixen-Finecke
I hope to actively contribute to and learn from the impactful work of Catalyst Now. From July 2025, I hope to find employment or pursue an internship in this field of work. I aim to apply the skills I have developed in research and event organisations - gained through my academic experiences and my internship at the Henry Jackson Society - along with my experience in media and communication - gained from my ongoing work for Villa Skovly Glamping.
