The objective is to achieve, in 50-100 countries (especially developing countries) quality services for child wellbeing and safety. Particular focus on achieving this wellbeing and safety for children in conflict zones, crisis and disasters. An integrated approach to child wellbeing, with child helplines playing a critical role and recognised as essential services.
