Mujeres Lideres de Empresas Sociales

Este grupo tiene como iniciativa unir y ser una comunidad de apoyo y crecimiento para mujeres fundadoras y directoras de empresas sociales, que comparten retos y desafíos comunes en latinoamérica. Este grupo actualmente está siendo liderado por Claudia Rosales quien ha continuando los espacios durante el 2025, durante el mes de abril tendremos conversaciones sobre el nuevo enfoque que le daremos para atraer más mujeres a participar. Es posible que se abra el espacio para mujeres que inclusive no son directoras ejecutivas o líderes de emprendimiento sociales. Hasta ahora la participacion esta limitada a CEO de las organizaciones. This group aims to unite and create a supportive, growth-oriented community for women founders and directors of social enterprises who share common challenges and experiences across Latin America. Currently led by Claudia Rosales, the group has continued its activities into 2025. In April, we will be holding conversations to define a new approach that will help attract more women to participate. It is possible that the space will open up to include women who are not necessarily executive directors or leaders of social enterprises. So far, participation is limited to the CEOs of the organizations.
