Seed to Mouth
Food insecurity isn’t only about the seed or the consumer, but also the fragile collaboration and sustainability of processes to ensure that populations can produce, process and consume the food they need. This project aims to generate changes in the way social organisations, local governments and companies in the food sector operate. In the pilot phase, it seeks to generate new narratives of systemic action along with the transition of production/consumption in food systems. In its final version, the plan is to bring changes in the system of cultivation processing and consumption of food in Latin America. These changes aim to impact a system that generates high yields only for some and requires both medium and long-term interventions.
