Terminology for Social Impact

Given the critical role terminology plays in defining identities, perceptions, and participation in any field, including social innovation, a group of thought leaders gathered at international conferences and events, to explore the role language plays in the social innovation space. This task force acknowledges the difficulties and potential exclusion brought about by inflexible definitions as it investigates how language and labels impact personal identity and engagement.
