To deliver quality education for all, we need to reconsider our approaches to leadership in education. Leadership is not about power or position but impact and influence for positive change. It’s about identity and agency. In this session, I will lead an exploratory discussion about the leadership for inclusion in education and the leadership of inclusion. Both need to work in harmony.
