Join us in this extremely important conversation about “Breaking the cycle of generational trauma: Empowering youth to heal and lead change.” organised by our Catalyst Youth Global Collaboration

Here are 3–4 takeaways for attendees that I hope will inspire them:
1. What emotional abuse and generational trauma look like: We’ll unpack what emotional abuse really is, how it creates deep invisible wounds, and how it often gets passed down through generations.
2. Healing starts with youth: I’ll share how we train and empower young people to break cycles of trauma through social-emotional learning and healing practices, making them catalysts for healthier relationships and stronger communities.
3. The power of community and storytelling: We’ll explore how sharing our stories and creating safe spaces for healing can spark real change—both individually and collectively.
4. Creating a ripple effect of change: Attendees will learn how addressing mental health and emotional well-being can lead to happier, healthier young people who create generational and systemic change in their communities.
