CC-Mentorship Magic- Nurturing Potential,Shaping Futures.

This conversation cafe will be about the value of mentorship for both mentors and mentee and mentorship’s role in supporting positive youth development. In a presentation which aims to stimulate conversation, the cafe host will share about her personal theory of change around mentorship which has motivated the founding of a mentorship initiative specifically for Humanities mentors. Using this as a case study, the session will then delve into understanding the true value of giving back through supporting others with mentorship and the value that can be derived through pursuing mentorship especially in navigating the social impact space.
