This 3 hour hackathon invites social innovators from all fields to reimagine a social innovation ecosystem where women leaders thrive, and to co-design practical ways to move towards this future. Through a foresight activity, attendees will ‘flip’ 100 facts about current realities women face to describe alternative futures. They will then form teams around these imagined futures and use creative exercises to co-design solutions that might get us there. At the end of the hackathon, each team will present a prototype that would enable women to thrive in the social innovation sector. After the event, they will have the opportunity to test their idea with Wedu’s global community of women changemakers, turning concepts into actionable solutions.
