Through this session, we attempt to bring solutions to the table for the frontline workforces by deliberating upon overarching topics like the health, safety and agency building and address questions like ensuring well being of the frontline, fundamentals of wellbeing, need for skill development, intersection of climate protection and frontline workforces and the need to invest in frontline workforces, especially women.
