When? Friday, May 10th, at 13:30 IST | 10:00 CEST
This brainstorming session hosted by the Nourishing Schools Foundation calls upon curious innovators to ignite creativity and pitch pioneering ideas for our toolkit, designed to promote physical activity, well-being, and healthier lifestyles among young learners. The pioneering ideas could be included in the toolkit development pipeline with the prospective to impact thousands of students pan India.
The Nourishing Schools Foundation is committed to empowering the younger generation to take charge of tackling malnutrition. With a transformative journey dedicated to fostering healthier lifestyles and having worked with beyond 60,000 students, our impact speaks volumes: a 14%-point reduction in thin and severely thin schoolchildren, a 32%-point increase in students using soap/sanitizer, and a 14%-point increase in children believing they can take charge of their own nutrition. Through innovative toolkits comprising games, activities, and educational content, we foster engaging and enjoyable learning experiences about nutrition. From interactive games like snakes and ladders to hands-on activities such as building school gardens, students are actively engaged in expanding their knowledge and understanding of nutrition.
The session shall be divided as such:

Quick poll to identify the most promising ideas from the previous rounds
Discuss what makes these ideas stand out and their potential impact
Prototyping (10 minutes)
Use an online form to describe the idea further, such as the format for the game or activity, its intended objective, additional materials required etc.
Wrap-Up and Reflections (7 minutes)
Invite a few participants to summarise their ideas in one minute each
Summarise the session outcomes and express gratitude for participation
