We aim to catalyse our project that aims to promote sustainable and equitable food systems in Latin America, with a focus on improving food and nutritional security for poor and vulnerable populations. The project will work towards achieving this goal by recovering, safeguarding, cultivating and democratizing access to native/organic seeds in rural territories, providing comprehensive care for early childhood children, women, nursing mothers and pregnant women, and promoting native seeds through the creation, promotion and acceleration of gastronomic enterprises and culinary businesses based on the knowledge, traditions and culture of the communities.
