How did the organization that founded GivingTuesday build a solution to toxic polarization? In this workshop, experience how the Belfer Center for Innovation & Social Impact’s next big initiative builds local leaders’ capacity to unlock trust across differences and forge unlikely relationships through scalable, sustainable dialogue. Attendees will experience a portion of our three-hour model online, including collectively building community agreements, practice listening without judgment, craft questions of clarification as opposed to persuasion, and facilitate timed dialogue. Attendees will walk away with tools to bridge dialogues, move communities toward action, and co-create solutions to the problems they face.
