Our current focus is on – Health & Well-Being and Disaster Relief. We collaborate with various stakeholders including social organisations, governments and academic institutions. Since 2009, our Beat Diabetes programme has led in diabetes prevention and management, reaching over twenty million people annually through year-round activities, community events, and media campaigns.

Strategic partnerships with schools, regional and international diabetes associations, and the World Health Organisation’s Global Diabetes Compact Forum enhance our mission to significantly impact public health.

In India, we manage our community investments through our Corporate CSR initiatives as well as through The LIFE Foundation, a separate social impact arm.

Key Initiatives in India

Health & Well-Being

In India, we engage with stakeholders across our value chain to create meaningful impact, particularly through health interventions for factory workers, communities near our distribution centres, and individuals facing critical health issues. Our flagship programme focuses on improving the long-term health and wellbeing of industrial workers and rural communities through systematic screenings for non-communicable diseases, linking individuals to affordable treatment, providing preventive health education, and strengthening local health facilities. Implemented in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Punjab, and West Bengal, the program has directly benefited over 40,000 families, with our health initiatives impacting over 1.8 million individuals in the past decade.

Education and Employability

Our skill development initiative aims to enhance youth employability by providing workplace training, industry exposure, and job placements. This progamme has positively impacted over 2,500 disadvantaged youth, including persons with disabilities and women. Our education initiatives have supported about 50,000 students and youth over the past ten years.

Landmark employees actively volunteer in government schools, promoting healthy habits among students and enhancing access to quality education. Over the past two years, over 1,500 employees have volunteered for various community causes.

Through our partnership with The LIFE Foundation, Landmark Group has enriched the lives of over five million people through “The Power of Rs.2 Campaign”, a giving initiative supported by Landmark customers.
