Tendrel Forums
What is a Tendrel Forum?
As a member of Catalyst 2030, you have the opportunity to join a Tendrel Forum. It’s a small group of social impact leaders who meet regularly in a safe and confidential space. As a member of the Tendrel Forum you can learn from the experiences of peers who have faced situations similar to yours, both successes and challenges.
We use evidence-based methods for leadership development to help social impact leaders enhance their personal and professional skill sets, enabling effective leadership.
Together, we are better leaders, make better decisions and drive greater change than any of us could on our own.
What does a Tendrel Forum offer?
- Provides social impact leaders continuous peer-to-peer and group support.
- Provides social impact leaders tools for personal and professional growth.

How does it work?
A forum consists of six to nine members who meet regularly, accompanied by one or two trained moderators. They use a specific methodology to create a positive environment where peers support each other in cultivating wellbeing for significant impact. Once the forum is established, members can shape its direction to suit their needs.
