Avina Americas is an independent legal entity that conducts activities in coordination with Fundación Avina and the other entities in the Avina ecosystem and provides support for programs conducted by Avina entities outside the United States that further the charitable mission of Avina Americas. The Board of Trustees of Avina Americas evaluates foreign activities for support and may seek grants and contributions within the United States to support such program
