The solution to most challenges behind the SDGs starts with people knowing and embracing their potential but also overcoming their insecurities. The most elaborated initiatives to fix our global issues will keep failing if people do not believe they have the power to make a difference from the beginning. My approach is unique because we look beyond 2030 and lay the foundation of a new paradigm. Change in the world starts inward, and global development starts from self-growth.

I am passionate about people empowerment. Each human being is a leader and changer-maker that the world needs now. People only need to reconnect with their potential and purpose and bring their uniqueness to the table of the co-creators. However, too often we fail to reach our common goals, not because of the lack of money or public policies, but because too many people do not feel good and strong enough to be on that journey to create change. The first barriers we must overcome are our human insecurities. Only a mass of empowered people will be able to trigger the bottom-up dynamics that we are missing.
