Buzz women

Buzz Women’s mission is to enable 10 million underserved women with critical knowledge, skills and inspiring opportunities at their doorstep which will enhance their capabilities to push poverty of all kinds to the past.. Buzz Women envisions a society where women can craft their own lives. The Buzz Women programs are built on the foundation of the 5 Cs - Cash, Care, Climate, Community, and Confidence and are divided into multiple interventions that are contextual and meaningful through a long term engagement which includes training, coaching and community building. Registered as a Trust, from 2012 to-date Buzz Women has reached 6,00,000 women, and has more than 10,000 volunteer Community Anchors across 18,000 villages in 11 districts of Karnataka in its network. We aim to reach 1 crore women in the 31 districts of Karnataka by 2030. We have also been able to franchise the model to The Gambia, Georgia, Tanzania and Ukraine.
