My motivation to join Catalyst 2030 is to promote social change and sustainable development with social and global impact. I am passionate about the field of International Relations, with a particular focus on Humanitarian Diplomacy and Social Project Management. With solid experience in leadership, planning, and project execution, I have stood out as the founder and president of ANERI – the National Association of International Relations Students in Angola, leading initiatives aimed at strengthening International Relations and supporting the development of students in the field. Currently, I work as a Humanitarian Diplomat, utilizing my diplomatic skills to promote humanitarian causes, social actions, negotiate peaceful solutions, and collaborate on local and global aid initiatives, human rights protection, and crisis resolution. I am also a Social Projects Manager and Consultant and the CEO of Wabisa Consultoria e Gestão, a company I founded to offer advisory, consultancy, and training services in International Relations. Additionally, I am the CEO and founder of Maison Africaine, an atelier dedicated to the restoration of accessories and the creation of pieces with African materials, promoting the celebration of African fashion. My journey includes a prominent role as a Public Relations and Business Mediator at Kivangu Tecnologias, where I contributed to the company’s national and international expansion. I also work as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator, producing materials on International Relations and promoting content focused on motivation, personal development, identity, and youth empowerment. Globally, I am a member of the World Economic Forum through the Global Shaper Community and the co-founder and vice-curator of CabindaHub, where I collaborate on developing local projects with a global impact. I also co-founded Internationalists Without Borders, an initiative focused on international volunteering and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals – the 17 SDGs. Among my key achievements, I highlight the organization of the First Academic Meeting on International Relations of the CPLP in 2022, where I demonstrated my skills in leadership, conflict management, and the construction of peace narratives. I remain committed to advancing International Relations, constantly seeking new opportunities to expand my career and apply my skills both locally and globally. Currently, I work on projects focused on waste management, fashion, climate change, and youth inclusion. I aim to contribute my skills in International Relations, project management, communication, and Public Relations, while exchanging knowledge, growing as a change agent, and collaborating to expand our collective impact.
