The Centre de Recherche sur l’Anti-Corruption (CERC) is a DRC-registered organization dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct. CERC empowers citizens to demand integrity in public services and fosters grassroots accountability. It pioneers innovative approaches to combat corruption, particularly in the education and health sectors across South Kivu, North Kivu, and Kinshasa.
