Enseña Perú

Our mission is to build a leadership movement at all levels that innovates collectively to transforms education. We partner with communities to find, develop, and connect all potential leaders in education within that territory: teachers, principals, local policy makers, parent leaders, student activists. All programs are place-based, hybrid, and innovation-driven. After the programs we have systems to continue to organize them as alumni, along with other community leaders, to innovate locally.
