Ferme Hallier
Producer, processor and exporter of organic productsOur family farm is located 70 km East of Dakar, on 33ha. Created in 2012, our project is linked to the development of Sipane village, located in the Diobass Valley, between Sindia and Thies, in Senegal. We’re producing chilli, onion, cabbage, honey, lime, neem, moringa and papaya. We’re also breeding horses, goats and ducks.
Since 2014, we’ve outfitted a laboratory, meeting European standards, for the processing of part of our organic horticultural production in pasteurized canned food. In 2016, we received our first “organic agriculture” certification by Ecocert: SN BIO-154.
In 2019, we joined the WFTO (World Fair Trade Organisation) network to affirm our commitment to values of a more equitable world fair trade. Hence, we went from a “product” guarantee to a “product and organisation” guarantee.
