FMB is a registered Youth led social enterprise in Uganda that seeks to provide sustainable WaSH and climate change services within communities and refugee settlements in Uganda. Our vision is empowered communities, our mission is empowered communities through good sanitation for sustainable living, our strategic plan is to be leading provider WaSH services and climate change adaption in Africa. Our implementation targets beneficiaries in the communities and partner with NGOs, Public and private sector and individuals and government agencies and our scope of operations will extend from Uganda to South Sudan, Kenya, Rwanda Burundi and DRC Congo and roll out new and innovative products in future. The business estimates to impact approximately 2,000,000 in Uganda in the next 6 years. Our offices are situated in Arunga ward, Boma cell,Yumbe Town Council in Yumbe district in an accessible and convenient neighborhood ,depending on the urgency of our works, our working hours are 8 o'clock up to 5 o'clock, in the event that we discover time limitations in our works, business hours will be readjusted to suit our project timelines. We have sizable technical team of 4 program staff consisting of contractual hire including 1 sanitation engineer, 3 field officers, environmentalist, 3 operational staff including a finance officer, Procurement and logistics manager and administrative officer, the management team consists of CEO, programs manager and operations manager, the organization has robust team of of field volunteers that are called upon when need arises within the community, the organization will engage staff in continous development trainings and encourage them to pursue further education related to their fields of work and offer opportunities for internees and volunteers to acquire experience while working with us. We identify key suppliers and maintain a database of names and addresses, types and amount of inventory furnished, credit and delivery policies, history and reliability.
