Glowing Minds Initiatives for Human Development is a nonprofit Organisation registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria with the aim of reducing unemployment and improving employability among Young People in Africa. OUR VISION We envisioned an African Society where all youths are employed and self reliant. OUR MISSION We are on a mission to empower youths with requisite knowledge and opportunities while advocating for policies that makes them self-reliant. INNOVATION OUR PROGRAMS GRADUATE EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAM : is a six weeks virtual Career Readiness Program that empowers Fresh Graduates with employability and Soft Skills that helps them to search , secure and retain Job. Target Audience - Fresh Unemployed Graduates. STUDENT LEADERSHIP ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM (SLEP) : is an eight weeks Virtual Campus Entrepreneurship Program that empowers Undergraduates in Public Higher Institutions with Entrepreneurship and Business Development Skills that helps them to ideate and start a Business on Campus. Target Audience - Undergraduates in Public Universities. PROJECT UMTAZI : is an eight weeks Virtual Leadership Development Program that empowers young females from Underserved Community who aspire for Leadership with Personal Development and Leadership Skills that allow them to be Self Reliant. Target Audience - Young Females from underserved Communities. YOUNG CLIMATE ENTREPRENEURS PROGRAM : is an eight weeks virtual Green Business and Circular Economy Program that empowers Young Nigerians with the Knowledge of the Circular Economy. Target Audience - Fresh Graduates Young Civic and Community Leaders Program : is an eight weeks virtual Civic education Program aimed at increasing Civic Participation among Young People. Target Audience - Youths - Age 18 - 35 Digital Transition Program : is a four weeks digital Skills Training aimed at assisting individuals, businesses, organisations, and communities in smoothly transitioning to digital platforms and technologies. This program provides support to help navigate the digital landscape, optimise operations, enhance customer experiences, and seize new opportunities in the digital economy. Target Audience - Non Tech Savvy Youths - Age (18 - 35) IMPACT Since Inception we have been able to directly reach 10,000 young people through our different Program across 34 Higher Institutions Across Three States in Nigeria.
