Hello Genius NPC (Non Profit Company)

HELLO GENIUS NPC has a vision of a world where hurting ends, and more loving-kindness grows. We are on a mission to blend Safe Online Digital Literacy Processes with Storytelling Metalogue Experiences Overturning hurtful actions in the human brain, alongside schools and faith communities across Africa. We work with school and faith communities as social systems responsible for the shaping and development of collective identities across multiple communities. School communities include groups, individuals, and institutions such as the National Department of Education, Provincial Departments, District Departments, Local Schools, School Governing Bodies, as well as stakeholders in or around schools, including faith communities which are always already part of the school community ecosystem. Our unique approach focuses on utilizing Storytelling as a way to facilitate Safe Online Digital Literacy Processes, instituting the Overturning of hurtful actions in the brain together with key stakeholders in the struggle to realize Sustainable Development Goals 3,4,5,16,17. As a social enterprise we achieve this in strategic collaboration with civil society partners, school and faith communities in order to build capacity by enabling commitment to implement laws, policies, and protocols which address hurtful actions perpetrated as school-related gender-based violence as legislated say, in the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child, Children's Acts and the likes of the Protocols on the Management of Reporting of Sexual Abuse and Harassment in Schools and National Schools Safety Frameworks. We carry out our mission through 4 Programs with Safe Online Digital Literacy Processes mobilizing Storytelling Metalogues Experiences as a methodology of collaborative systemic change. We advocate for soft skills in Social Community Cybersecurity and adopt Metalogue as our form of relational purposeful conversation. The conversations are participatorily designed in such a way that not only do the participants delve into the problem of School-related Gender-Based Violence and its roots/solution, but the structure of the conversation as a whole is also relevant to the same purpose. Our metalogue conversations include conversations about the structure of the conversation-actions relating to school-related gender-based violence. This enables an understanding of our understanding, enabling an interrogation of power relations and hurtful actions that perpetuate hierarchies of domination and oppression/suppression. Program 1 Hello Girls digitally upskills Girls and Women with change effecting tools that enable an amplification of Her voice in the context of school-related gender-based violence. Program 2 Hello Schools enables work alongside School Communities through our Gender Safe Schools Project incorporating Safe Online Digital Literacy which effects change virtually and in real time to achieve key results Overturning hurtful actions in the brain. Program 3 Hello Culture promotes of the Art of Indigenous Storytelling and Games to engage School Communities in Metalogue Overturning the perpetration of hurtful actions in the brain towards eliminating school-related gender-based violence in school communities.
