ICDP Norway is an Norwegian NGO and owner of the ICDP parenting programme developed in the 1990s and is introduced to 50 countries in the world. ICDP is based on a value base of sensitization, believing that change can only come from within. We have experienced that the world including the development society is pushing a controllbased agenda rather than an actual empowerment based agenda. We want to connect to others who see how our world needs to understand and work on root causes in a universal preventive strategy in order to accomplish real system change. Personally, I have worked on this agenda my whole working life.
