ICON Data and Learning (IDL) Labs is a youth-led and youth-serving community-focused organization operating from Western Kenya Lake Region Economic Bloc (LREB). Our vision is to promote 'data-driven community transformation for sustainable development.' IDL empowers marginalized communities and grassroots organizations to excel in digital operations, and data-driven decision making. We achieve this by promoting Data Literacy, incubating Data Tech Innovations, advocating for responsible Data Advocacy & governance, and fostering Collaborative Networks.
