If Everyone Cares CIC
I'm Jaki, the founder of IEC. I became so frustrated that there is so much good, so many opportunities, so many places to connect etc, that are hidden in our community that I set up the UK's 1st Network of connected area community maps - my goal is that in time they can be replicated in other areas around the world. For centuries, maps have guided us to various destinations. Now, imagine a map designed to lead you to help, support, resources, and connections with others. That's precisely what we're creating with aDoddle—a unique map focused on community, connection, hope, and opportunities. While technology like Google Maps can direct you to your next meal or shopping destination, locating local support services or community projects is not as straightforward. Our mission is to change that. With support from local businesses, we are rolling out community maps for towns and cities across the UK. These maps offer an easily accessible platform that highlights where to find support, opportunities for personal growth, and places to volunteer or meet like-minded individuals. These interconnected maps are free and always available to community members, local charities, and community organizations. They are funded through sponsorship from local businesses and license fees from local councils, the NHS, police, and corporate entities. We frequently hear about the growing community spirit and the eagerness to lend a hand. Community mapping can transform into a valuable national tool, providing insights and solutions precisely where they are needed most—at the heart of our communities and environments. aDoddle empowers everyone to make choices that best suit their needs, anytime and anywhere. Whether someone is seeking help, offering assistance, or simply wishing to connect, aDoddle is there for them. By promoting local engagement, we also support environmental sustainability by encouraging people to connect and contribute within their immediate surroundings. We invite you to join us on this journey to help communities and environments become stronger and more interconnected.
