Impact Collective Group
Impact Collective Group (“ICG”) is a consulting firm dedicated to helping companies maximize their strength and resilience through purpose and performance. We partner with mid-sized companies across industries and sectors to help define and deploy core business strategies aimed at maximizing the economic, social, and environmental impact of the company’s people, products, and services. ICG is dedicated to helping leaders embed sustainable business practices, establish goals and develop systems to operationalize and provide transparency around impact. We work with our partners to design and deploy strategies to maximize positive value creation for all stakeholders. This can be in social areas such as the reduction of intergenerational poverty, equity or human rights, in the environmental arena of decarbonization or renewable energy, or in ensuring strong governance practices. Through engagement and partnership, we seek to understand root causes and walk alongside our partners in developing strategies to address root causes and focus in on where they have the greatest opportunity for performance improvement and impact. By working across sectors and industries, we identify and leverage synergies, partnerships and opportunities for alignment around shared goals that better community and our world.
