As a Programs Officer at Mother and Girl-Child Protection Initiative (MAGI), I have been dedicated to protecting the welfare and rights of women and children in Nigeria through education, empowerment, and mentorship. In this role, I collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement impactful initiatives tailored to address the unique needs and aspirations of girls and women. My responsibilities include overseeing program design, resource allocation, and ensuring seamless execution to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, I spearhead robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure program impact and foster continuous improvement. Through proactive engagement with local communities, partners, and influencers, I foster a supportive environment for girls and women to participate in program activities and drive positive change. As an individual, I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable populations and I am committed to using my skills and experience to contribute to meaningful social impact initiatives. With a background in social work, child development, and program management, I bring a unique perspective and a strong commitment to driving positive change. My dedication to continuous learning and growth, coupled with my proactive approach to problem-solving, enables me to navigate challenges effectively and deliver results that make a difference.
