I am an academician, a researcher who specializes in social entrepreneurship focuses more on social enterprises. My vision is to built an enabling social entrepreneurial ecosystem in Namibia which is currently lacking. The strong ecosystem is needed in Namibia that could help social entrepreneurs to thrive and be able to develop their communities. So far social entrepreneurs in Namibia and most of them in Africa are operating without a regulatory framework that caused their businesses otherwise to sustain. Social entrepreneurs doesn't have access to finance and resources. They also do not have awareness regarding the crucial information they may need. I am busy writing the proposed framework that will support social entrepreneurs during the operation of their businesses. The support framework will be submitted soon the government disciplines of Namibia and it will be also on online for other researchers to view, cite and comment.
