With 30 years experience working in circularity and carbon, I use my experience to cut through sustainability challenges and help businesses to move further, faster. I work as a guide to help companies navigate, whilst giving confidence and support to busy sustainability professionals. I offer strategic support to senior teams, coaching, training and also keep my finger on the pulse as Director and Chief Sustainability Officer for innovative start up Revolution-ZERO. I specialise in finding the sweet spot that offers both a commercial benefit for the business plus social and environmental gain. There are way more than you'd think. I've personally trained more than 1000 employees in Carbon Literacy - including CEOs and Boards from companies with global reach. Clients include: Beko; Silent Night; BT; Ecosurety; PZ Cussons; Twinings; Kenwood; B&Q; NHS and Openreach. I've dedicated my work to growing an army of trainers - to upskill and build capacity within organisations (rather than consult to them). This is the biggest impact work I've ever done and I'm only getting started. I truly believe this is the way to create the internal momentum we need . People follow people, so we need to give them skilled, supported, confident people to follow. I use my weekly podcast to elevate diverse voices from the sustainability sector and also host a quarterly webinar with the India based bewastewise network to share circular economy knowledge. I am curating a CE100 list also highlighting and sharing circular business models. All of my work is about reaching people where they are - sharing, amplifying and empowering.
