MHSUA, founded in December 2018, is an Ethiopian association for mental health care users, focusing on human rights, empowerment, recovery, and peer support of mental health service users. It aims to increase community awareness, reduce stigma, support dignity, and empower service users and families to advocate for improved mental health care.
