I am a social impact entrepreneur on the food production area. I learned about the power of Tendrel for social good in Peru, where my husband lead a Tendrel forum, which was my motivation to be a part of Catalyst. Now in Costa Rica I am starting a new business to tackle climate change issues through creative organic waste processing into insect protein.
