Francisca's mission is to promote inclusive governance and climate justice. She envisions a democratic society with a safe environment. To achieve this, she trains women and youths to understand the grassroots of politics, play a larger civic role in Government, Public Affairs, and to defend Democracy. She serves as a panelist and Fire Chat speaker at various workshops, seminars, and radio talks related to inclusive governance and climate change. She created a self-funded girls' club project in her Alma mater as a support group for promoting and advocating for women’s leadership in the Student Union Government.

She engaged with government stakeholders and corporate office leaders to practice a quota system that reserves a fraction of positions for women. She participates in policy reform, policy reviews, and public hearings where she shares gender-responsive ideas on various policies and bills. These youths, in turn, became eco-champions who joined her to march in commemoration of various UN Climate-related Days like World Environment Day, World Clean Up Day, Climate Emergency Day, etc., where, through a march they create awareness, call and engage directly with individuals, CSOs, leaders, Government, media, etc. to act in time by taking action to tackle some climate-induced disaster like floods, heat, drought, environmental Pollution, Food insecurities. We have engaged over 2,000 individuals and 30 stakeholders, including the Nigerian Minister of Environment, Hon Balarabe Abbas.

I have trained over 50 women and youths on the scientific actions of recycling, reusing, and reducing plastic waste. We recovered and sorted 200kkg of plastic and textile waste, which are transformed into beautiful body accessories, household equipment, etc., eco-friendly crafts, and sustainable alternatives such as artistic jewelry and bio-based paper packaging.
She registers women voters with no access to the digital registration platform/technology and provides election and civic information through voter guide materials, and awareness campaigns, making them more assertive in voting and being voted for.
