Independent (Iris Parra)

Iris Parra is a founder and consultant with more than 10 years of experience in fundraising, entrepreneurship, and innovation, specializing in tech-for-good startups and gender lens investing in Latin America, the U.S., Europe, and Southeast Asia. I had the opportunity to travel to +50 countries and explore the entrepreneurship and investment ecosystem firsthand. That experience took me back to Latin America, where I founded Enlaza, an organization that promotes gender lens investing in Spanish-speaking countries. We started in September 2022 and we are already working in 6 countries supporting +400 female founders and with a network of +100 investors and +70 allies.
