Parliament of Botswana is 11% cabinet 22% and local government is 18% women representation. Zero percent youth. This is what motivated me to join politics ,women and youth empowerment nine years ago . Currently serve a nominated member of the national women’s wing, finance and fundraising. I am a feminist and a member of Politics4her , Africa Hub. A Trustee of Women Lead Africa where the areas of working are skills development, peace & security and Leadership.

I am interested in collaborating with other leaders whose countries are doing well in representation of women , youth and minority groups in positions of leadership. To learn the strategies they used , how they worked for them and how i can implement them in my country. Since working with many people over the years i hope to share the network i have made to grow and contribute positively to the movement.
