My work primarily revolves around two key projects: Clarity Cards and the Frank Community. My doctoral research-based Clarity Cards help individuals gain insights into their values and goals, facilitating personal growth. The Frank Community is a collective of practitioners and researchers exchanging knowledge and best practices to drive social impact. Together, these initiatives promote personal and community flourishing through positive psychology and collaborative engagement.
