Luis is the Co-founder and President of Fundación Váyalo. Luis works in the intersection between the humanitarian sector and peacebuilding in communities affected by violence and by the humanitarian crisis in Venezuela, as facilitator of community-based dialogue processes. Luis holds a BA on International Studies and he is currently studying a MA on Conflict Resolution and Social Mediation
