I am a 23-year-old passionate about driving social change through fostering inclusive societies at the intersection of civic engagement, governance, and policy influence. My work revolves around integrating core values of agency, equity, integrity, and community empowerment into practical solutions for societal challenges. In my current role as an Officer, Catalyst (Government Partnerships) at Lend A Hand India, I am responsible for drafting technical proposals, vision documents, and concept notes for government schools. I support policy advocacy efforts in collaboration with the Union Ministry of Education and other key stakeholders, focusing on enhancing vocational education and improving educational outcomes. My previous experience includes serving as a Manager at MASH Project Foundation, where I facilitated partnerships in the healthcare and MSME sectors to build ecosystems and raise awareness. I also consulted on partnership strategies for social enterprises and developed a comprehensive database of youth-led organizations across India. As an Associate Consultant at Taru Leading Edge, I produced knowledge products on Green Bonds, Impact Finance, and gender-responsive budgeting. I developed training modules for Self-Help Groups, conducted due diligence for implementing partners, and engaged with organizations such as WHO and UNICEF. My role also involved managing interns from TISS Mumbai and IIT Guwahati, providing them with valuable insights into social impact work. Additionally, I have contributed to policy briefs and financial budgetary works with the Dialogue & Development Commission. My research and policy support extended to sectoral studies with Koan Advisory Group and policy recommendations for The Dialogue. Early in my career, I conducted market research for the Federation of Indian Export Organisations, gaining insights into international trade dynamics. My journey reflects a strong commitment to communication, research, and project management. I am dedicated to developing human-centered designs and continuously learning from diverse experiences. Joining Catalyst 2030 aligns with my mission to amplify my impact, furthering my goal of creating more inclusive and effective societal frameworks. Through Catalyst 2030, I aim to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations to drive transformative change and support marginalized communities.
