Ntabaza has worked with various categories of people, refugees and nationals ( people with disabilities, youths, people with special needs,.....)
Ntabaza has worked over 5 years in humanitarian settings serving technical support and managerial roles. Ntabaza is a programme and communication manager at All for integral development the short of ( AFID-RLO RWAMWANJA) and project lead for the Challenge fund for youth employment , the main objectives of this project is to:
1. improve the incomes of a minimum of 375 youth self-employed farmers ( below 35 years old) over 3 years, providing 150 youth facilities currently continue to be supported and an additional 375 farmers reached over the project duration ( 70% female). Target for farmers to earn 150 000 Ugx per month through crop sales, savings, small businesses,.....
2. To create at least 3 new jobs within the RLO towards this project earning a minimum of 150 000ugx per month ( 70% female).
Ntabaza is passionately networking with other to boost community well-being to sustainable development. CFYE project is funded by OPPORTUNITY INTERNATIONAL and wearecohere International and implementing by Afid-rlo Rwamwanja.
