As a Director, I lead the Policy Solutions Department in APPGM-SDG, a newly established entity tasked with implementing a national initiative known as the District-Level Multi-Agency Policy Intervention. This initiative, a collaboration between APPGM-SDG and Yayasan Hasanah with the backing of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy, seeks to address local issues through a multi-stakeholder approach. The goal is to empower district offices across 55 locations in Malaysia, fostering sustainable, SDG-based solutions that directly benefit local communities. I am also a freelancer in promoting government TVET education campaign for youth specially for SPM leavers, and 2021 SPM holders. Also caters dropouts, at-risk and post PT3 students. Giving out talks, small group gatherings, spreading awareness and doing Tamil language videos on TVET & education pathways, UPU application, helping out in application & placement and direct engagement with ILP & IKBN nationwide on student’s placement. Conduct talks to students & teachers on overall education pathway & future skills related career requirements, personality and personal grooming. Also serving as trainer for social entrepreneurship programs such as practical business model canvas, confidence building among entrepreneurs, sales & marketing skills, online training on business, digital marketing and Social Entrepreneurship business model. Also contributing in innovative fund raising methods and ideas related to social entrepreneurship to civil societies.
