My name is Roland Ndyukumwami Michael. I am a dedicated social entrepreneur and trainer specializing in personal and professional development. Having worked extensively with both refugee and host community youth, I have developed a strong passion for empowering young people to reach their full potential. Professionally, I have had the privilege of working with esteemed organizations such as Arise Youths Foundation, where I served as a business trainer and mentor, and YIDA, where I have contributed to various programs that promote social entrepreneurship and innovation. I currently serve as a Procurement Officer at YIDA. In addition, I am the co-founder of KwezaUp, a youth-led initiative that empowers young people through personal development and leadership programs. We organize events that bring diverse individuals together to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and learn from one another. KwezaUp also supports small businesses to scale and achieve sustainable growth.
