Independent (Shamila Borchers)

With over ten years of experience in the non-profit sector, I combine my expertise in strategic thinking, building partnerships, as well as program development and workshop facilitation with my passion for inclusion and education. Currently, I serve as Program Manager at "The Migrant Accelerator" at the Hochschule der Medien, where I support migrant tech founders by fostering an inclusive community and organizing inspiring events. My mission is to promote diversity and innovation through education and empowerment, contributing to the vision and culture of my organization. In my previous role as State Coordinator for Rhineland-Palatinate at ArbeiterKind.de gGmbH, I established successful partnerships and collaborations. I worked closely with ministries, universities, colleges, and schools to improve educational opportunities for students from non-academic backgrounds.
