As the Founding Project Director of MilKar.com, Pakistan's First Independent Volunteers Force, Kashf has undertaken a transformative journey. MilKar.com acts as a bridge, connecting volunteers with Pakistan's leading social welfare organizations. This innovative platform, often likened to "Uber" for volunteering, ingeniously transforms development challenges into opportunities for community mobilization and collaboration. In just three years, MilKar has emerged as Pakistan's largest independent youth volunteer platform, boasting over 11,000 registered volunteers who have contributed 13,751 hours to 531 community service projects with 258 NGOs. These efforts have positively impacted the lives of more than 2.6 million people. MilKar.com has established MOUs with 151 Social Welfare NGOs and Foundations, formed partnerships with 105 universities, executed 548 campaigns, amassed 6,783 volunteering hours, and engaged 11,189 dedicated volunteers. The platform's influence extends to academia, as it secured an MOU with the Higher Education Commission to introduce Academic Units for Volunteering, promoting a culture of civic engagement in educational institutions. Kashf's visionary leadership further came to the fore when he collaborated with the Prime Minister's Office to organize the prestigious Pakistan Floor Hero's Award ceremony, recognizing exceptional contributions to society. Kashf's impact is not limited to MilKar.com. As the founder of #LifeAtLahore, he established Pakistan's pioneering city advocacy forum, providing a safe space for open dialogue and opportunities to engage in impactful initiatives. Through #LifeAtLahore, Kashf mentors and empowers young leaders, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to advocate for social change.
