Instituto Reciclar
Founded in 1995, Instituto Reciclar is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that operates in the education of young people in social vulnerability through an innovative educational model that stimulates practical learning, socio-emotional development, and excellent technical-professional training. Our aim is to promote the productive inclusion of young people, as well as to prepare them for entrepreneurship in their lives, work, family, and community, transmitting values and expanding their vision of vocation, skills, and interests, always connected to market trends and life in society. We also act through the production and sharing of knowledge in partnership with the government, companies, and other social organizations. To achieve this, we carry out our various social programs, which include: the Educational Program (in 2023, 90% of young people were employed at the end of the program, generating a 53% increase in their families' per capita income); the Public Education Support Program (PAEP) (in 2023, 3,106 Municipal Education Network teachers were benefited, reaching 72,360 students from the Public Education System indirectly); the Mentoring Program (926 young people benefited in 2023), the Technology Training Program (80 young people benefited in 2023), and the University Support Program (45 young people benefited in 2023).
