ISSIA HK

ISSIA is a youth-led non-profit based in the Asia Pacific. We offer global citizenship education for aspiring changemakers (aged 13-25): one that is peer-to-peer and project-based in a completely youth-led and youth-operated environment. Since 2019, with a focus on SDG 4 and 17, we've established more than 30+ projects as the largest youth-led organization in Hong Kong and ecosystem-builder of youth changemaking. Our projects include: ISSIA Magazine, 180+ articles on issiahk.org, debate & MUN programs, multimedia projects (e.g. LGBTIQA+ docuseries, podcasts, research, infographics) and conferences where we connected 30+ youth-led NGOs through up-skilling workshops and panels. Having catalyzed the growth of the youth-led organization ecosystem in Hong Kong, we are currently working on further ecosystem-building efforts (peer-to-peer NGO mentorship etc.)
