Legalden is a law firm that specializes in providing legal support to NGOs and impactful businesses. There is no civil society or effective fight against social problems without strong NGOs. In Poland, the climate for NGOs has been extremely difficult in recent years. The development of the third sector is also hindered by unclear and complicated legislation. Legalden was founded out of a passion for working with NGOs and a belief that the work of a lawyer can have a positive impact on society. We support NGOs in formal aspects of their operation, so they can focus on their mission. With us, even people without experience of running a non-profit can easily set up and successfully run their own organization. Poland and all of Europe need strong NGOs. Our goal is to support them in all formal and legal aspects. We help start new NGOs and support existing organizations where legal expertise and experience is needed. Our specialization and extensive experience with varied organizations means that we are able to help with even the most difficult third sector problems. According to ngo.pl, we are the law firm serving the most NGOs in Poland. In 2022 alone, we established almost 40 new non-governmental organizations, including branches of large international foundations helping Ukraine, which we still support in their ongoing activities. Smaller organizations are not forgotten, either. On an ongoing basis, we serve more than 70 NGOs, many of which operate on a local scale.
