Mature Recruitment is a social impact talent agency- working to educate and eliminate ageism in the work place. We focus on connecting senior leaders with transformation expertise aged 50 & above with forward-thinking companies. We partner with companies who see the importance of diversity, specifically age and hiring an intergenerational workforce, the value and innovation that brings. We provide DE&I training tools and workshops that focus on age and other elements of inclusion.

Sharing my expertise on ageism and providing my support on eradicating all forms of discrimination and discrimination based on socioeconomic status. I am particularly interested in contributing to the organisation's work on developing and implementing innovative solutions to address these issues. I hope to receive from the Catalyst 2030 movement the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with other changemakers who are working to create a more just and equitable world. As well as network, learn from others and pay my knowledge forward.
