Movement for Community-Led Development (MCLD)

MCLD is a civil-society initiative comprising 1500 CBOs and 70 iNGOs launched alongside the SDGs in 2015. It believes that at least 12 of the SDGs require a #ShiftInPower to local communities, so that local communities have the resources and authority they need to successfully lead their own inclusive, resilient development.
